• Test your starting numbers and retest at the end.

• Includes weekly weigh-ins, macro check-ins, and photo updates.
• Perfect pre-summer body transformation challenge.

• Train with a partner (friend, spouse, gym buddy).
• Weekly team tasks (partner AMRAPs, relay workouts, or cardio goals).

Foundation (Weeks 1–4)
