You’ll receive a fully customized training experience tailored to your goals, fitness level, and
schedule. Every session is designed to help you progress safely, efficiently, and confidently —
whether your goal is fat loss, muscle growth, or overall strength.
How often should I train per week?
Most clients train 2–4 times per week, depending on their goals and availability. I’ll help you
determine the best frequency to see consistent results while allowing proper recovery.
Do you offer nutrition guidance too?
Yes! You can add a custom meal plan or macro-based nutrition coaching to your training
program. This ensures your workouts and meals align for maximum results.
Do I need experience before starting?
No experience is necessary. Every plan is customized for your fitness level — whether you’re a
beginner, intermediate, or advanced athlete.
How much does training cost?
Pricing depends on the type of service — 1-on-1 sessions, semi-private, or group training — and
how often you train per month. Packages are available with discounts for monthly autopay options.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will
be forfeited. You can reschedule through text or the booking system ahead of time.
Where do the sessions take place?
Training is offered at The Blueprint Studio 4500 E SPEEDWAY SUITE 66 TUCSON AZ or online via
Zoom or custom programs— depending on your location and preference.
